WEFAS Architecture provided services as a Client Representative Architect and Agency Construction Manager on LAWA’s PM/CM team coordinating varies aspects of LAMP including quality assurance and tenant location at ConRAC facility and design review at Auxiliary curbs. LAMP is a multibillion dollar capital improvement program intended to improve passenger experience and relieve congestion at LAX. Key components of LAMP include the construction of an Automated People Mover (APM) system, Intermodal Transportation Facilities (ITFs), a Consolidated Rent-a-Car Facility (ConRAC), and associated roadway improvements where each component has its own construction and design team.
